The Paseos is a nearly 400-acre residential village west of the 215 Beltway with homes that draw their architectural inspiration from the Hacienda and Mission styles. The Paseos is best known for its paseo trail system that runs from the southern to the northern border of the village and its large neighborhood park. The Howard Hughes Corporation commenced development on The Paseos village in 2003. New homes are available for purchase in The Paseos village.
